My temper's getting really bad most of the time now

For the slightest things, I shouts, esp at home when there's 'noises'( yes, sorry)

I had given much faces to ppl who I finds '*&^%%%&

Pms? mayb. But I guess its more of the frustrations stalled inside and mayb, the serious lack of regular rest.

Anws, this world is ugly and I really dont know who, except my family, the people are. love dad and sorry for my attitudes but seriously, I dont usually really 'scold' for no reasons too do I?
